Christmas are coming!

Hello everybody,
yesterday I hadn't any power for writing here, because two days ago I had nice party with three friends! ;p  Haha it's nice to have a party in the middle of week! We could do this because yesterday it was the Eve in school, so it was like a free day ;p  Well, there was a little problem... but luckily a solution came fast! xD
Last time I wrote that I love cats, but dogs are nice too! I've 4 pretty dogs and one of them you could see in the picture. This is Baltazar - I know it's male name, but when she and her sister (Tofik) came to us, we was thinking they're boys, so we get them names for boys. It was 1,5 year ago, so now we know they're girls and last holidays they had puppies *.*  Most of them (13 from 15!) was taken by good people, but two, Izyda and Mercedes stay with us. I'm happy, because they're so nice! Of course only for us xD  Only Tofik likes strangers, luckily not everybody ;p  I've found second picture with one of the puppies. Izyda doesn't look like her mother or auntie, who are like a wolf. She is black and will be bigger than they.

Today it was nice day. It's time for Christmas preparations, so I made two cakes, packed present for Dad (it came today...), cleaned a house and cooked a dinner for me and my sisters. Parents went to Bydgoszcz for a rest of stuff we need for Christmas.

Do you like a cinnamon? I love things with it! And cinnamon tastes like the Christmas *.*  So today I've baked a cinnamon cake! Here is a recipe:

* 4 eggs

* one glass of sugar

* two glasses of flour

* one cube of fat (butter or marge)

* cinnamon, honey, ginger (in dust of course!) etc.

Firstly separate eggs and whisk the whites until stiff. Next, keeping whisking all the time, give a sugar, flour, yolks, melted butter and spices. Put it onto middle-size cake tin. Keep in 180 degrees during 40 minutes. Mhmm, after all, when a cake will be warm, no hot, you can spread it by honey <3  Bon apetit!
